We'll work with your schedule to coordinate your session.

One of our photographers will come to your home and capture your images.

After the session, we'll professional edit your photos.


STEP 3:  Photos delivered

After a week of editing, we'll send your photos (depending on which photography package you selected).

To use Client IQ's software and qualify for $500 honorarium, you must agree to and abide by the terms of the program outlined below.

To use Client IQ's software and qualify for $500 honorarium, you must agree to and abide by the terms of the program outlined below.

Agreement: Please Read Carefully Before Clicking ‘I Agree’ Download PDF version This 30-Day Pilot Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Client IQ Technologies LLC (“Client IQ”) and You (“Firm”). For the purpose of this agreement, "You" or "Firm" is the individual or entity that is consenting to Client IQ's Agreement. This Agreement is effective upon signing via electronic signature. 1) Program & Term Program. A 30-day evaluation of Client IQ’s communication automation tool (“Kora”) using a dedicated Kora texting number to send routine client updates, answer FAQs, and route escalations to Firm provided email. Term. Starts at kickoff and ends after the Week-4 ROI review (“Pilot Term”). This Agreement auto-terminates at the end of the Pilot Term unless the parties sign a paid Order. 2) All-or-Nothing Completion Requirements. Firm completes the Pilot (and earns the payout in §5) only if Firm completes all of the following during the Pilot Term - 60-minute kickoff (setup + training; decision-maker attends) - Activate Kora for 15+ active matters for the duration of the Pilot Term (or whatever number of cases they have available if less than 15) - Keep notes and case stages current for all active clients covered by the pilot - 30-minute ROI review at ~Day 30 and Firm gives a continue/decline decision within 3 business days. Failure to complete any item means no payout is owed. 3) Scope; Firm Control of Content How Kora works. During the pilot, Kora may (i) send templated routine messages (Updates, FAQs, STOP/HELP, etc) and (ii) route other messages to Firm for human review. Templates. Firm approves all message templates/cadences and is solely responsible for their accuracy, tone, and compliance. Human escalation. Kora will route questions or sensitive content to Firm; Firm - not Client IQ - decides what to say and when to respond. 4) Compliance; Data; Privacy Consent & 10DLC. Client IQ will register required A2P/10DLC campaigns and honor STOP/HELP. Firm represents it has a lawful basis/consent to message its clients and will comply with applicable laws, bar rules, and carrier policies. Sensitive data. Do not transmit PHI, SSNs, credit card numbers, or highly sensitive information by SMS. For the avoidance of doubt, Provider will not mine, analyze, or use client data for any purpose beyond delivering the contracted service. Attorney client privilege. Provider acknowledges that Firm’s client information may be subject to attorney–client privilege and will take reasonable measures to preserve that privilege Security. Client IQ uses reasonable technical/organizational safeguards and does not train public models on Firm data. Records. Client IQ will maintain a message log and can present a transcript/digest to Firm on request. Message logs can also be seen in the client portal. Non-disclosure. All client information, case data, and communications processed through Client IQ remain confidential to the Firm. Provider will not disclose, sell, share, or use client data for any purpose other than providing the service to the Firm. Provider will not permit any third-party access to such information except for essential service providers under confidentiality obligations. Provider affirms that no client data will be used for marketing, broadcast, or resale. 5) Compensation / Post Trial Subscription (if post-trial use) Amount. $500 per firm. Default application. If Firm elects to continue into a paid plan, the $500 is applied as an invoice credit to Firm’s first quarterly invoice Default application subscription. If the Firm elects to continue after the Trial, Provider will offer a fixed monthly subscription at an agreed upon rate, subject to a separate subscription agreement. The Firm will not be obligated beyond the Trial unless it affirmatively elects to convert. If Firm declines to continue. Upon full completion of §2, Client IQ will pay a $500 ACH honorarium to the Firm (not to individuals). Eligibility. Private law firms only; one pilot per Firm/EIN; public-sector attorneys are excluded. 6) Disclaimers; No Legal Advice No legal services. Client IQ is not a law firm. Kora’s outputs are operational communications, not legal advice; Firm is solely responsible for any advice given to clients. AI/automation. Kora may generate or relay text based on Firm’s templates and instructions. Firm remains the publisher of all communications and must review/approve where appropriate Delivery. Messaging is subject to carrier networks and may be delayed, filtered, or fail; Client IQ does not warrant delivery times or outcomes. AS-IS. The pilot is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 7) Responsibility; Indemnity; Limit of Liability Firm responsibility. Firm is solely responsible for (i) the content and legality of all messages, (ii) responding to escalations, and (iii) compliance with professional conduct rules. Indemnity. Firm will defend and indemnify Client IQ and its personnel against third-party claims, fines, or costs arising from Firm’s data, templates, instructions, or use of Kora (including alleged unauthorized messaging or professional-rules violations). Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Client IQ will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Client IQ’s aggregate liability under this Agreement will not exceed $500. 8) Termination Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 10 days. If Firm terminates early or fails to complete all requirements in §2, no payout is owed. 9) Miscellaneous Independent contractors. The parties are independent contractors. Governing law. Utah law (without regard to conflicts rules); venue in Utah County courts. Notices. Email is sufficient: ben@clientiq.ai. Entire agreement; order of precedence. This Agreement is the entire agreement for the beta program and supersedes prior discussions. Any DPA or MSA the parties sign for production use will govern after the Pilot Term. Counterparts. Electronic signatures are valid; this Agreement may be signed in counterparts.
